Julie was content as a resident of the Young Men's Christian Association of Greater Boston's Huntington House for over 15 years before the arrival of Black-owned Cruz Management Company on April 1, 2021.
How fitting for Cruz Management Company to take over the property on April Fool's Day. They are a complete and total joke. The "property managers" do not "manage" the property. They act as wardens over Huntington House tenants.
All but one of the four "property managers" since April 2021 have been Spanish-speaking females. Probably illegals. Definitely unqualified. All horrible. Made her life a living hell.
